MCHD ‘s Board of Directors meeting minutes are located below.

The MCHD Board of Directors typically meet at 1:00pm on the fourth (4th) Wednesday of the month in the Tom & Peggy Ferguson Boardroom located in the Administration Suite of the main campus hospital at 224 E 2nd St.

Meetings may be moved to accommodate holidays such as Thanksgiving or Christmas or in other unavoidable circumstances. In these instances, the Board will vote to move the meeting at a prior meeting and notifications will be adjusted accordingly.

The Tom & Peggy Ferguson Boardroom is accessible through the Administration entrance to the north and east of the main entrance of the hospital. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and barrier-free with a ramp available as needed. Request for sign language interpretation or other special services must be received two (2) working days prior to the meeting. Such requests must be made to Administration at 806-934-7801.

The Board approves regular session minutes of the prior meeting at each meeting. As such, proposed meeting minutes are uploaded after each Board meeting and are replaced with the approved version after the meeting the following month.

MCHD’s fiscal year runs from July to June.
