Multiple vendors annually provide free testing and services, education, and information on area health and community services. These include direct medical care, area assistance programs, education, senior services, area non-profit information, exercise & wellness organizations, and more!

Vendor Registration Information
Vendor tables are free and are available to qualifying organizations in the Moore County and surrounding areas.
VENDOR SIGN UP INFORMATION
- Vendor sign ups are provided on a first come/first served basis.
- Vendor sign-ups are due by Wednesday, October 1st or until all spaces are full; after which time vendors will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified if space becomes available.
- Space is limited and tables are not guaranteed until confirmed by the organizer.
- Table locations during the event are assigned and based on vendor need & order of sign up
- Vendors will receive a layout of their location via email prior to event set up with information on set up times, along with other helpful information
- The Health Fair begins promptly at 7:00am. Every year, there are participants who arrive before the open time of 7:00am to line up for early lab testing. Vendors must be in place at start of event and ready to serve the community at 7:00am sharp.
- Vendors who no-show without prior contact may be excluded from future events
Vendors who wish to participate in the MCHD Health Fair MUST meet the following guidelines:
- Must provide Medical, Health, or Fitness services, be a Non-Profit or Charitable Organization, be a Community-Based Organization, or provide Community Education.
- Beauty services are not eligible to attend.
- Medicare Advantage plan insurance companies are not eligible to attend
- Previously excluded organizations are not eligible to attend
- Vendors local to the Moore County area will receive table preference
MCHD reserves the right to refuse a table to any organization for any reason.

- The focus of the MCHD Health Fair is to promote health & wellness in the Moore County Community.
- The MCHD Health Fair serves approximately between 800 and 1,300 visitors each year.
- Visitors speak a variety of languages & Spanish is commonly spoken in this area.
- Moore County Hospital District serves approximately 60,000 people in its combined service areas.
