MCHD ‘s Board of Directors meeting agendas are located below.

MCHD Board typically meets at 1:00pm on the fourth (4th) Wednesday of the month in the Tom & Peggy Ferguson Boardroom located in the Administration Suite of the main campus hospital at 224 E 2nd St. The Moore County Hospital District Boardroom is wheelchair accessible with a barrier-free entry and ramp available at the exterior entrance. Request for sign language interpretation or other special services must be received two (2) working days prior to the meeting. Such requests can be made to Administration at 806-934-7801.

Board agendas are uploaded each month the week prior to the meeting for the current fiscal year. At the beginning of each new fiscal year, the prior year’s agendas will be uploaded as a single file.

MCHD’s fiscal year runs from July to June.
